Luxury Pop-Up Picnic Details

Where can we picnic?

Pop-up picnics can be set up in your yards, homes, local parks, and even at some local wineries. Unsure of where you want to have your luxury picnic? Contact us and we will provide you recommendations based on your specific event.

Do you have any COVID-19 protocols in place?

Our staff will wear masks and gloves while building your custom charcuterie boards, and masks will be worn while your pop-up picnic is set up. Your picnic experience can be completely contactless. All of our decor is fully disinfected and properly cleaned between guests to ensure your safety.

What do I need to bring?

All of our packages are BYOB. We do not have a liquor license and cannot provide any alcohol at this time. If you selected our Simplistic Package, you’re responsible for bringing any food, snacks, or games you want to have for your picnic. You’re welcome to bring additional food and drink with you to any pop-up picnic package.

Are dogs allowed?

We love your furry friends and as far as we are concerned, they are always welcome. Some picnic venues may not allow dogs, please look into pet policies at your picnic location. We do ask that if your dogs shed, please keep them off the pillows and poofs. Dog beds can be provided upon request.

Is there a deposit?

We require a $50 fully-refundable deposit upon booking. Deposits can be made via Venmo or Paypal. Instructions will be provided during booking. Your deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after your picnic so long as all the picnic items are intact.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Bluebonnet Picnic Company requires at minimum a 72-hour notification of cancellation. If guests cancel their picnic 72-hours before their booking, they will receive their deposit back within 5-7 business days.

What happens if there is rain in the forecast?

We know that we cannot control Mother Nature. We monitor the forecast leading up to your pop-up picnic, and should there be inclement weather, we’ll offer for your picnic to be rescheduled or moved indoors.

What if I need special food accommodations?

Bluebonnet picnic prides itself on accommodating all of our guest’s dietary requests. From vegan platters to gluten-free options, and more, contact us to discuss your options. *Additional fees may apply.

Do you have first responder and military discounts?

We are extremely grateful for the service of our men and women in the United States Armed Forces and to all of our first responders. We offer a 10% discount on all packages for active and retired military and active first responders. Please mention the discount request upon booking confirmation.

Can we book an all-day picnic?

Our picnics start at 3 hours and additional time can be provided at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss details.
